My Method is a holistic approach to health that combines variety of breathing, meditation, physical, and energy practices. I incorporate a mix of Buteyko, Oxygen Advantage, YogaBody, Wim Hof, Strelnikova Breathing, Roman Karlovsky's EnergyBreathing, along with Taoist and martial arts practices, Pelvic floor health, neuro-dynamic exercises, myofascial release, and elements of Yoga and Pilates.

- 1 hour of uninterrupted time
