How it works:
We’ll begin by discussing your intentions and goals for the session. I’ll introduce the breathing technique, explain its purpose, and we’ll practice together.
Each session combines physical exercises with breathing techniques—no special fitness level required! We’ll then spend 15 minutes on gentle bodywork to warm up and prepare the body, followed by the active breathwork practice, set to curated music, for about 60 minutes. This includes Active and Passive phases with guided changes in breathing patterns.
We’ll close by reflecting on your experience and any insights that arose.

Drink plenty of water, rest, and integrate your experience. Journaling or drawing is great for reflection. I’ll follow up with an email within 48 hours with tips for in-between practices.
