I am a nomad and I am on the plane almost weekly! So I really don’t have hours for spas, salons and fitness clubs. Simple, fast, effective and preventive - that’s a foundation for my wellness Formula and My-Breath-focused workouts, it works for my crazy schedule and I know it will work for yours.

I am obsessed with croissants and I love baking too! So don’t think I just eat Green salads to look and feel good.

Since I was a little girl I wanted to understand how our body functions, how things are connected and what happens when something is broken. Can you imagine what my dolls looked like (I’ve experimented but didn’t get too far at that point in life :)

I grew up doing a lot of sports. Since I was 11, I practiced martial arts and was part of my university’s athletics team.

But nearing 30, things started to shift:

  • Low energy;
  • Back pain—thanks to old injuries and long hours standing as a model;
  • Dark circles under my eyes;
  • Constant Tension Headaches;
  • Foggy brain;

Few rounds of doctors visits and a lot of frustration. Because…

Doctors have band aids, no solutions

So I took my health into my own hands. Years of learning, practicing, and experimenting with natural approaches led me to help friends and fellow models tackle back pain, fatigue, and hormone imbalances. Now, I get to help more people like you!

I don’t collect diplomas for show

I learn to combine various methods and discover innovative solutions.
