Each session mixes physical exercises with breathing techniques—no special fitness level required! We’ll do warm-ups, gentle stretches, and exercises to release tension and help your breathing feel more natural. I’ll teach you techniques that suit your goals—whether that’s feeling more mobile or getting a boost of energy.

After each session, I’ll give you simple tasks to practice on your own and tips on how to fit them into your daily routine.

Is it safe for me to practice breathwork?

Breathwork includes many different practices — some are gentle and safe for nearly everyone, while others are more intense and may not be recommended for certain health conditions.

If you have any of the following, or other serious health concerns, it’s especially important to consult with a healthcare provider and do a personal consultation with me before starting:

  • Pregnancy

  • Epilepsy or a history of seizures

  • Serious psychiatric conditions or use of psychotropic medications

  • Cardiovascular problems or uncontrolled high blood pressure

  • Recent major surgeries or injuries, especially spinal or cranial

  • Eye conditions like glaucoma or retinal detachment

  • Severe asthma or respiratory issues that need medical supervision

I practice yoga, and we do breathing exercises. Is this the same thing?

Not exactly. Yoga breathing exercises typically aim to relax the body and help you focus on the practice. My method is broader and includes a combination of various breathing techniques and physical traning. That's why it's called Breath-Focused workout. 

Do I need experience with breathwork to join?

Nope! I work with people at all levels, whether you're a complete beginner or have been practicing breathwork for years.

How did you become a breathwork coach?

I've been practicing conscious breathing for over 25 years, thanks to my early years in martial arts. In 2020, I became certified in Energy Breathing through Roman Karlovsky’s program. I also trained with YOGABODY® and became a certified yoga breathwork coach. Additionally, I’m trained in the Oxygen Advantage method and Buteyko breathing.

I’ve tried breathwork in the past, and it made me feel uncomfortable or scared. What does that mean?

Your mind is doing its job—trying to protect you. It’s important to understand whether it's your mind creating chaos or your body resisting the breathwork. During these practices, pay attention to your body. If you haven't done this before, discomfort is a natural response. Over time, it will become easier and less overwhelming.
