This program is ideal for those who prefer to work at their own pace. You'll join a small group (up to 10 people), but the focus is on your personal progress.

Functional Breathwork always takes the lead. We'll analyze and fine-tune your breathing patterns to optimize your respiratory system. From there, your journey will include a blend of breathwork, physical exercises, and energy practices to relieve emotional tension.

Your progress will depend on consistency and practice.
You’ll need about 60 minutes for each session, and I recommend one session a week plus daily homework (15-20 min a day). However, you can adjust based on your availability, and even short, consistent practices will benefit your overall wellness.
No need to worry! This program is designed to be flexible and self-paced, so you can catch up at your convenience. You’ll have access to all materials and recorded sessions to revisit on your own time, ensuring you can stay on track with your progress.
