Functional Breathwork always takes the lead. We'll analyze and fine-tune your breathing patterns to optimize your respiratory system. From there, your journey will include a blend of breathwork, physical exercises, and energy practices to relieve emotional tension.

I often experience anxiety. Will this program help with mental health issues like stress or panic attacks?

How soon will I start seeing results?

Your progress will depend on consistency and practice.

I have a very busy schedule. How much time will I need to commit?

You’ll need about 60 minutes for each session, and I recommend one session a week plus daily homework  (15-20 min a day). However, you can adjust based on your availability, and even short, consistent practices will benefit your overall wellness.

What if I miss a session? Will I fall behind?

No need to worry! This program is designed to be flexible and self-paced, so you can catch up at your convenience. You’ll have access to all materials and recorded sessions to revisit on your own time, ensuring you can stay on track with your progress.

Can I participate if I’m not very active or physically fit?

Absolutely! The program is perfect for all fitness levels. Whether you’re sedentary or already active, the practices can be adapted to your abilities. The goal is to improve your breathing patterns and overall wellness, and we’ll progress at a pace that suits you.
