Corporate Breathwork
and Movement Session
Your team is talented — but modern work is physically and neurologically expensive. Fast deadlines, long screen hours, and pressure to perform keep the nervous system in a near-constant Stress state. Structured Office BREATHWORK + MOVEMENT breaks help regulate the nervous system at a physiological level, not a motivational one.

A session combines breath-focused techniques with gentle, functional movement to support posture, energy, nervous system regulation, and overall wellbeing — all in a format designed to fit into the workday (e.g., midday reset, morning/afternoon break).
No. These sessions focus on natural, accessible movement patterns and breath awareness — no special fitness level, equipment, or prior experience is required.
Sessions typically run 30–60 minutes and can be delivered on-site in NYC, virtually, or in a hybrid format. They’re designed to fit into lunch breaks, team meetings, or wellness programs.
While one session can be valuable on its own, consistent support (e.g., 2–4 sessions per month) builds lasting physical and nervous system benefits, helping to make wellbeing a part of company culture.
Very little. Sessions can be done in a conference room, open office space, or virtually. Ideally yoga mats/blankets or something to sit or lay on (but it's not a nessecity), no weights, or special clothing are required — employees can participate in work-appropriate attire.
